Stuart Wright brings more than 30 years’ experience managing operations in the commercial, government and volunteer sectors.  His background includes senior and Project Management roles in numerous sectors and varying roles both in Canada and internationally.  He holds a Master’s degree in Business as well as several professional accreditations.  Stuart has served on the Board of a number of professional associations and community groups and is currently the Chairman of Heart’s Haven Society.  Stuart’s focus on Business Process Improvement and Project Management ensure that clients will optimize their objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Extensive experience leading teams and managing organizational change in a variety of sectors:

  • Effectively led a 160-person multi-national team providing logistics and maintenance services in an international environment
  • Successfully managed client and consultant teams providing Business Process Improvement and ERP systems implementation services in Manufacturing, Beverages, Fleet Management and Services sectors
  • Robust in-depth knowledge and experience developing and implementing improved business policies and procedures across a variety of companies and industries
  • Solid, flexible and collaborative approach to team and change management

Strong leadership and experience within large and small organizations – extensive experience across a broad range of ERP/MRP systems:

  • 8 years’ experience in ERP systems implementation projects, including SAP, Cincom, Ivara and BPICS
  • Certified SAP MM consultant
  • Effectively managed the Logistics operations for the start-up of General Dynamics Land Systems plant in Calgary
